Cédric Schmid founded Unita Finanz & Treuhand AG in 2013 together with his father. His career as a trustee began in 1997 with an apprenticeship in a Zug-based fiduciary office, and he has worked in various small, medium, and large national and international fiduciary companies and family offices.

Jürgen is a consultant with over 30 years of experience in the traditional financial industry and has developed into an expert in FinTech and Blockchain/Cryptocurrencies in recent years.

As a board member/advisor in various Swiss companies, he offers his support in company formations as well as on a strategic level.

He is a member of various associations, including the FINTECH Circle Institute London (UK), the Crypto Valley Association Switzerland, the Bitcoin Association Switzerland, and the German Association of Professional Journalists (DFJV).

Ivana Cindric decided to strengthen the Unita Finanz & Treuhand AG team on October 15, 2019, after a brief break. Yvonne Holzer obtained her vocational baccalaureate while working at a renowned pharmaceutical company after completing her commercial school education. She then worked as an accountant in the same company. Before joining Unita Finanz & Treuhand AG in January 2024, Yvonne worked in various, primarily international, companies in finance and accounting.

Filip Dakic began his apprenticeship in fiduciary services in 2017 and has been working in this field ever since. He has gained extensive experience during his professional career. At the beginning of 2024, he decided to further expand his expertise and began further training to become a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal certificate.

Andrea Fenyö, who has extensive experience in marketing and finance as an investment analyst for a family office, began training as a fiduciary assistant in 2024.

Nicole Sacha

Nicole Sacha worked in a telecommunications company after her psychology studies, first as an assistant in the Human Resources department and later as the person responsible for the trainee program, an entry program for university graduates.

She volunteered on various projects for several years before taking the position of Executive Assistant at Unita Finanz & Treuhand in June 2023.

Ariane Kamer has been with Unita Finanz & Treuhand AG since August 2024, completing her school-organized basic education (SOG). After three years at OYM-College in Cham, where she successfully completed the academic part, she is now in the one-year practical part of her training. Due to her commitment to competitive handball, which she has played for several years, she chose this special training path.
