Cédric Schmid founded Unita Finanz & Treuhand AG in 2013 together with his father. His career as a trustee began in 1997 with an apprenticeship in a Zug-based fiduciary office, and he has worked in various small, medium, and large national and international fiduciary companies and family offices.

Michael Risi has been active in the financial sector for over 25 years. After completing his banking apprenticeship, he quickly found his way into financial accounting, where he gained extensive hands-on experience in both national and international companies. For more than a decade, the fiduciary sector has been his professional home – initially as a client manager, later as Head of Finance and Operations.

With his solid educational background as a Diploma in Business Administration (HF) and a Swiss Certified Fiduciary with Federal Diploma of Higher Education, he combines practical expertise with strong theoretical knowledge. This makes him well equipped to manage, advise, and strategically develop SMEs with competence.

His calm and approachable manner is equally valued by clients. He quickly identifies challenges and impresses with well-thought-out, tailored solutions – always in the best interests of the client.

Jürgen is a consultant with over 30 years of experience in the traditional financial industry and has developed into an expert in FinTech and Blockchain/Cryptocurrencies in recent years.

As a board member/advisor in various Swiss companies, he offers his support in company formations as well as on a strategic level.

He is a member of various associations, including the FINTECH Circle Institute London (UK), the Crypto Valley Association Switzerland, the Bitcoin Association Switzerland, and the German Association of Professional Journalists (DFJV).
